When you come to an oyster hut, this is the first thing you should do! Place the oysters on the grill and let them cook. Once they're piping hot, you can eat them however you like! You can eat them plain, with soy sauce, or even bring your own condiments, so try them with your favorite seasonings! Try ponzu sauce, ketchup, Tabasco, lemon juice, and more!

Scallops also have a top and bottom! When grilling scallops, just like with oysters, start with the flat side down. Steam them until they're done, then cut them with scissors! You can share them with everyone!
